Our Account Manager will partner with our Melville, NY-headquartered client to develop major occupancy cost reduction strategies in alignment with our client’s business goals and objectives and manage the successful execution of those plans. This high profile role will manage real estate transaction professionals and will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with senior level corporate customers, interfacing with internal and external suppliers, managing third party brokers and interact with landlords on behalf of our client. Bachelor’s in Business, Real Estate, Finance or a related field. Graduate degree preferred. Broker’s or Salesperson’s license. 6-8 years corporate real estate experience or similar experience in managing a major portfolio. Management experience. Thorough knowledge of commercial real estate markets, corporate real estate leasing, lease negotiation skills, real estate billing and lease auditing. Effective leadership, strategic planning, analytical, organizational and relationship management skills. Strong computer skills with emphasis on spreadsheet analysis and industry related financial modeling and project management tools. Ability to adapt to changing business environment while maintaining goal focus.
