We are seeking a Recruiter to provide recruitment support for our company. Ideal candidates must have superb administrative and organizational skills, a professional and courteous demeanor and the ability to successfully handle special projects and multiple tasks.
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work collaboratively with hiring managers and related personnel to attract, select, and retain a highly qualified and diverse staff. Meet with outreach partners, referral sources, hiring managers, and other HR professionals to develop recruitment plans.Manage the complete recruitment cycle including; Posting of job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates. Screening, interviewing and registering prospective professional candidates. Submitting and reviewing candidates with the hiring manager. Assist in negotiating salaries general on-boarding. Manage and promote Employee Referral ProgramDefine, implement and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies that meet the region’s hiring needsOversee candidate disposition in Applicant Tracking SystemUse various recruiting tools to fill open orders rapidly with qualified candidatesNetwork with candidates by attending job fairs and other recruiting events. Source candidates by networking within the industry and make cold calls as necessaryDevelop and maintain a comprehensive database of skilled candidates to fill a diverse range of job ordersUtilizes job fairs, college contacts, temporary agencies, search firms and internet tool to meet recruiting needs.Meet project deadlines daily/weekly
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience and should be an expert on outside resources available to generate qualified, diverse candidates through resources such as: Internet recruiting, advertising, college recruiting, research, networking and cold calling. A proven track record in screening, interviewing, selecting and placing candidates, working closely with hiring managers is a must.
