Job Title: Critical Facility Manager 

Job Summary: EMCOR Facilities Services has an immediate need for a Critical Facility Manager in Marlborough, MA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

§ Development, deployment, and measurement of the Maintenance Strategy for data center MEPF assets

§ Manage all aspects of mechanical and electrical capacity and supporting MEPF infrastructure reliability for data center clients (i.e. moves, adds, changes, CAPEX projects, and GRM)

§ Coordinate routine data center MEPF work with Sr. Facilities Manager and Engineering Resource Manager. Critical equipment maintenance & operations oversight.

§ Manage critical infrastructure projects from design phase through due diligence, commissioning, acceptance testing, documentation, and sign-off.

§ Work Request, Work Authorization, and Work Permit execution (standards compliance), infrastructure capacity management & reporting

§ Ensure Maximum Critical MEPF Asset Uptime, interface and coordinate with Customer IT for all data center change management, capacity, and planning issues

§ Collaborate with Customer to optimize critical space management, ensure data center data center MEPF system integrity, collaborate with Customer to develop and deploy critical space change management standards

§ Work with the Customer to maintain accurate site-specific documentation for all assets, including but not limited to property information books, as-built drawings, drawing review documents, panel schedule updates, site operating manuals and emergency operations manual.

§ Works with “Planner / Scheduler� to maintain an accurate asset registry within the CMMS.

§ Weekly Moves-Adds-and Changes progress report, weekly GRM forecast report and various other reports

Qualifications:  A Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with a major in Engineering is preferred.  To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Business Systems or Document Management Database software; Lotus Notes Internet software; MS Excel Spreadsheet software and MS Word Processing software.  Five years of experience in Operation and Maintenance management in a critical environment, knowledge of UPS, emergency generators, motor control centers, fire protection suppression systems, supervisory control and data acquisition monitoring systems and other building or control systems are required.
