Customer Account Rep

Duke Realty Corporation, a rapidly growing, full service real estate development/management company has an opportunity for a Customer Account Representative at our Indianapolis office location. Responsibilities include making phone calls and sending letters to tenants regarding their delinquent accounts. Additionally, candidate will provide Property Management with follow-up information and status of account. Requirements include excellent verbal and written communications skills along with organizational and time management skills. Candidate must be detail oriented and able to problem solve and multitask. Other requirements include use of Microsoft office Applications and research skills.
