Customer Service/Data Entry Representative

A Fine Appraisal Service, Inc., the largest regional real estate appraisal firm located in Hunt Valley, MD is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Data Entry.The candidate will posses excellent  customer service/data entry and  client relations skills and a great work ethic. The best candidate' voice smiles through the telephone. Must be dependable and able to multi-task.

 

JOB DUTIES:

 

Responsibilities include entering data and maintaining a web based appraisal management system.  In additon, candidate will act as a liaison between our customers, which are national and local mortgage bankers and brokers, and our staff of 31 appraisers.

 

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Must have a comfort level with the Internet.  Must be able to type proficiently.Will be responsible for updating our customers web sites. Successful candidate will answer the telephone and assist clients with their questions. Mortgage or appraisal experience is a plus. Must be detail oriented and willing to contribute to a team effort.

 

The ideal candidate must be able to  work the hours of 9:30am - 5:30pm.
