CUSTOMER SERVICE & INVESTOR RELATIONS OPPORTUNITY WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT FIRMS IN ORANGE COUNTY.

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

 

Are you looking for an opportunity to work for one of the largest Property Management firms in Orange County? Are you looking for a 3 month contract position? Do you want to gain knowledge of the commercial real estate industry by speaking with thousands of share holders and investors? If so, we have the perfect position for you. Our client in the Central Orange County area has 10 available positions as an outbound/inbound investor relations representative.

 

POSITION TITLE:   Investor relations Representative

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·  Make outbound and take inbound calls with share holders and investors regarding company information updates.

 

·  Provide excellent customer service to all share holders and answer any questions they may have.

 

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

 

·  Excellent customer service skills with a great phone voice

·  Have the ability to speak with all levels of share holders and investors.

·  One year of customer service or phone experience.

·  Have a clear schedule for three months and will commit to the assignment.
