Enthusiastic Customer Service/Transaction Coordinator

 Customer Service professional wanted by Landway Settlement Services, a division of Title Resource Group located in Mission Viejo, CA.  Landway works in the Corporate Relocation field, assisting with the Title, Equity and Closing areas within Domestic Relocation. Duties include the input if date into our financial systems, phone contact with our clients, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, real estate and/or title/escrow experience very beneficial.  This position is a temporary assignment with the possibility of full time regular employment. Core business hours are 8am to 5pm. A great working environment with a business casual dress code!

 

The ideal candidate will possess 1 yr of Customer Service experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic computer literacy required. Must be detailed oriented. A self starter, with excellent organizational, written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of staff.  Display a positive, outgoing attitude with the desire to exceed customers’ expectations.
