A shopping center owner and manager is seeking an experienced Property Manager for its Dallas retail portfolio.  The ideal candidate will possess strong managerial skills, “hands on” retail real estate property management experience and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the day-to-day property management responsibilities of a Dallas retail real estate portfolio Coordinate and oversee routine remodeling and tenant improvements Coordinate and supervise vendors and maintenance personal Daily communication with tenants and vendors Communicate and collaborate with accounting team on monthly reporting activities, annual and quarterly CAM reconciliations, budget preparation and monitoring etc. Review and approve billing and adjustments (must have CAM and financial experience)    Understand rent payment provisions and rent collection procedures Willingness to take initiative and complete projects independently and in a timely fashion without excessive oversight

 

REQUIREMENTS: Requires 5 + years of experience in retail real estate property management a must Willingness to travel as needed. Highly motivated individual with interest and ambition to grow with the company Knowledge and experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary
