Director of Marketing & Sales

You must have experience in property management of at least five years and understand management of houses, condos and small apartment buildings.  If you have a portfolio of properties you currently manage 100-300 units you are the ideal candidate.

 

Accomplish business development by creating, following and implementing sales plan.

 

Duties:

*Contact owners of multi-unit apartment buildings and build rapport leading to signing contracts.

*Meet with owners of single family homes and condominiums from advertising leads and close them on the companies services.

*Write articles for the company newsletter.

*Cold call "for rent" signs for new clients.

*Cross sell the company services inlcuding sales and maintenance.

*Contact all real estate brokers of muli-unit buildings and build a rapport.

*Cull the expired, cancelled and withdrawn listings to target prospects for management services.

*Locate active brokers in apartments and create relationships.

*Review new avenues for marketing and advertising.

*Re-design outdated marketing package.

*Keep track of all contacts and build database.

 

The position is salary plus commission.   $25k salary.  Minimum projected earnings based on a candidate with experience is $50k.   Strong sales skills will easily yield $75k plus.
