District Manager

TGM is a full service, real estate investment advisory firm. TGM acquires, manages and sells apartment properties throughout the U.S. on behalf of our investors.  We are currently looking for a District Manager for the Northeast Region.  Applicant must have experience in Residential Property Management

 

Our DM will be responsible for the successful operation and financial performance of multiple apartment communities.  If you are an experienced multi-site residential property manager with a desire for a career with a growing company, we’d like to hear from you.

 

The DM will initially oversee 1200+ apartments with anticipation of growth over the next 6 months.  The DM will be responsible for maximizing the financial performance of each asset and meeting or exceeding the proforma.  The DM will be required to follow TGM’s Policies and Procedures and ensure that each property is in compliance.  The DM must monitor personnel, marketing, leasing, collections, resident relations, resident retention, customer service, community maintenance, contracted services, capital improvement, administration, reporting, community safety, and legal compliance through monthly property evaluations.  A successful DM will demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, high level of energy and adaptability to a fast paced and changing environment.

Strong leadership and mentoring; good communication; strong accounting and budgeting; ability to motivate and sustain high levels of momentum in self and team; due diligence experience; strong time management skills.
