District Managers

POSITION: Performs administrative, managerial and supervisory work of considerable difficulty involving the planning, organizing and directing of housing management division programs which includes the management and maintenance functions of family and senior citizen housing developments and subsidized and unsubsidized scattered-sites homes.

 

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year college or university in Business Management or a related field required and; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

EXPERIENCE: Four (4) years of experience as an Assistant Regional, or equivalent, supervising multiple properties in Public Housing with two (2) years management.
