EXPERIENCED PROPERTY MANAGER WANTED***MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO PITTSBURG

 

 

Our nationally recognized company is seeking a Property Manager for a site with over 600 units in Pittsburg, PA. This position is responsible for the implementation and administration of policies, procedures, and programs on a day-to-day basis that will assure that the project(s) are well managed, comply with federal, state and local ordinances, meets the needs of the tenants and their lease agreements, meets the needs of the property owner(s), and the terms of the management agreements, and reduces operating expenses while maintaining or enhancing the quality of the services provided. 

 

Position Requirements:  (please do not apply if you do not meet the minimum requirements)

 

· Work well both independently and under pressure.

· At least five years of recent property management experience on a comparable size property.

· Must have direct experience in budget preparation, monthly reporting, contract administration, including negotiation and strong tenant relations skills.Must have experience and success managing a team Must have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, and Excel proficiencies Strong financial and accounting experience required; accounting software preferable Yardi, and One Site. Must be able to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and a continually heavy work load. Must be able to adapt well to ever changing business climate. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Must be able to start at least one month within hire date. Experience in Tax credit properties is essential.
