Pacific Wholesale Mortgage focuses on developing long-term relationships with mortgage brokers interested in funding loans in up to 28 states as well as FHA loans and reverse mortgages.  We are committed to offer industry-leading service and a wide range of competitively priced products to enable brokers to better serve their customers.  

Pacific Wholesale is currently seeking experienced Wholesale Account Executives in the Southern California region who are self starters and highly motivated.  Successful candidates will develop business relationships with loan originators that want to expand their business radius. Many brokers are struggling with tightening guidelines and lack of potential clients. FHA’s new guidelines are helping brokers help borrowers that need to get  low fixed rates without great credit and high loan-to-values.

Requirements:

 

- 2+ years wholesale mortgage sales experience with an established
lender/broker in California.

- Proven sales track record with a thorough understanding of lending
credit criteria and underwriting guidelines.

- Ability to problem-solve and exercise independent judgment: show ability to worK productively under minimal supervision

- Working experience in web-based lending tools and effective use of 
marketing materials, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the
mortgage loan origination process. 

- Must have exceptional communication skills, proven production history,
excellent organization skills, polished personal presentation, and be
goal-oriented and results driven.

- Must be able to create and maintain excellent relationships with our
customers.

 

Pacific Wholesale Mortgage has very competitive commission structures with the Account executives main objective to create and maintain relationships.
