Executive Assistant to Director of Development

Penn-Florida is seeking a self-driven, results oriented professional with extensive experience in real estate development to fill a project coordinator role that includes the daily operational and administrative support for the Executive Vice President – Director of Development.

The successful candidate will have the following experience and capabilities:Manage Senior Executive daily workflow, schedule and correspondence and word processing Track individual projects including complex activities, critical deadlines, multiple constultants and /or third party resources Coordinate document control during due diligence, acquisition, financing and vertical construction of projects Act as liaison to various interdepartment team members to coordinate ownership related activities

Qualifications:7-10 years minimum experience in real estate development Must have experience with executive calendar management, travel itinerary as well as relationship management of all senior level executive contacts.  Office technology requirements are all Microsoft Office products, ACT, Groupwise and knowledge of Meridian Prolog is a plus.
