Executive Assistant with Marketing and Graphics

Our client, a full-service commercial real estate company specializing in extraordinary client service, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior level managers and assist with marketing projects.

Responsibilities to include: meeting/travel coordination, calendar management, answering/screening telephone calls, composing/typing correspondence producing PowerPoint presentations, creating status reports, maintaining company website, acting as liaison between staff and outside vendors, coordination and production of marketing materials, general administrative tasks, and assisting Office Manager with day-to-day operations responsibilities.

The ideal candidates will possess 5+ years of experience supporting senior-level management within a corporate environment, strong oral/written communication skills, the ability to prioritize and work within a team-oriented environment and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.  Experience within the commercial real estate industry is a plus.  ADVANCED POWERPOINT AND GRAPHICS/ADOBE PHOTOSHOP SKILLS A MUST!
