Job Title: Facility Manager 

Job Summary: EMCOR Facilities Services has an immediate need for a Facility Manager in Richmond, VA.  The Facility Manager will oversee all operations and other activities related to the management of facilities in multiple locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Day-to-day property management and facility management Operating budget preparation and monthly management report Monthly financial report including variances, monthly cash forecasting preparation Working knowledge of building’s operating systems Must be able to write a RFP, perform bid comparison’s and award and capable of managing contractors Participate with client for security needs, able to manage engineering staff Must have previous experience with critical systems, experience with MS Office and on call 24/7 for critical environments

Qualifications: Ten years of property or facility management experience required Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent work related experience Good verbal and written communication skills RPA / CFM / CPM preferred
