For more information, visit the Company's Web site at www.grubb-ellis.com  Job Description: *Under supervision, underwrites real property valuation using Argus financial software producing discounted cash flow analysis, IRR, cap rates, pricing sensitivity, lease review and abstracting.*Performs basic economic research work and prepares analyses of subjects such as rate of return, depreciation, working capital, investment and financial and expense performance comparisons.*Performs asset pricing completed within the context of capital market environments.*Under supervision, interprets and implements financial and accounting concepts or techniques for financial planning and analysis.*Performs economic/demographic research work in conjunction with existing marketing/research department.*Assists in the preparation of proposals, presentations and offering materials. Job Requirements: *Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.*Minimum 2-5 years of previous financial analysis/accounting experience.*Proficiency in both Argus and Excel software programs.*Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, on multiple projects simultaneously; as well as part of a team.*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to interact with both internal staff and clients.*Excellent written skills needed to assist in preparations of proposals, presentations and offering materials.*Previous Real Estate experience (Investment Sales, Asset Management, Acquisitions, Dispositions) preferred, but not required. Please submit resumes including salary requirements.  For prompt consideration all submissions must have "Financial Analyst" in e-mail subject line:Attn: HR ManagerGrubb & Ellis CompanyEmail: kim.easton@grubb-ellis.com  Grubb & Ellis would like to thank you for applying.
