About the Opportunity
This is a great opportunity to use your hands-on franchise sales experience in the Retail industry. Sweet Factory does not allow bureaucracy to get in the way. The work environment is fast-paced, furious, and high-energy. You'll be surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do.
Help Sweet Factory be a leader in the Retail industry by acting as the Franchise Manager who supports the franchise operation; evaluates new franchise opportunities; supports the franchise sales efforts from identifying prospective candidates to close; opens new franchise locations; assist franchisee to reach objectives; achieves franchise operational objectives; updates franchise consultation job knowledge; contributes to franchise results.
Qualifications
· Enjoys working hard. Is action oriented and full of energy for the things she/he sees as challenging. Not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning. Seizes more opportunities than others.
· Must have previous experience in Real Estate and/or Loan/Escrow
·Be an active member of the franchise sales process from identifying prospective franchise candidates to closing the deal.
· Can negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups. Can settle differences with minimum noise. Can be direct and forceful as well as diplomatic.
· Makes effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities. Understands needs, identifies root causes of problems, and develops and implements creative and pragmatic solutions.
· Experience relaying sensitive information to appropriate parties. Keeps clients, superiors, peers, and direct reports updated based on their information needs.
· Understands the business environment, anticipates trends, and develops strategies to capitalize on opportunities and ensure long term franchise growth.
· Proficient at predicting and assessing the impact of financial decision alternatives, and recommending actions.
· Skilled at using database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports with varying degrees of complexity and detail for management.
· Handles complex problems effectively. Separates key issues and generates multiple solutions.
· Easily analyzes and prioritizes information, distilling it to the critical issues and drawing accurate conclusions.
· Charismatic leader who adjusts leadership style to motivate diverse groups to achieve extraordinary goals.
· Manages complexities and competing priorities. Coordinates information and activities among groups with differing agendas, across multi-functional areas.
· Presents information effectively and persuasively across communication settings.
· Prior franchise sales experience helpful.
