Our client, a UK-headquartered third party relocation company with relatively new presence in the US, seeks strategic, business development, operational, and client relations leadership for its US headquarters in New York City. A superb opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded professional with experience in the relocation industry who understands the importance of serving clients while having an eye on the growth potential of the business enterprise within the US market. Integral, high-visibility, high-reward role reporting directly to the CEO.  Role Responsibilities Strategic Leadership  Provide clear vision and leadership Develop and implement a compelling US business plan Integrate activities with the rest of the company Account Management  Develop and implement plans to optimize the potential of the client’s relationships Assist and support in the preparation of account and management reports Oversee the resolution of all serious service failures and client issues Achieve annual targets for account management Service delivery  Global assignment management – oversee the delivery of the full range of global mobility services integrating with third parties and delivering services directly and through others Relocation and moving– manage the coordination of assignee files, including quoting, delivering services directly and through third parties with focus on customer service and efficiency Quality – monitor quality and intervene quickly to resolve service failures Successful implementation of Company policies and procedures  New Business Development  Develop and implement plans to develop clients' activities in order to maximize sustainable profitability Achieve annual targets for new business development Implement corporate policies and proceduresPeople Management  Leadership – including motivation and clear objective-setting Effective performance of the overall organization Resource planning Performance management Training and development Successful implementation of corporate policies and procedures in human resource management, systems, marketing and finance. Behavioural competencies The role requires demonstration of the following behavioural competencies:  Passion Dynamism Innovation Honesty Sales ability Building customer loyalty Strategic leadership and decision-making Management Skills and experience The role requires the following skills and experience:  Familiarity with the full range of global mobility services, including tax, compensation and benefits, immigration and work permission, destination services, expense and tenancy management and household goods.
