We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to work in our corporate office located in downtown Chicago.

 

Responsibilities:Design and coordinate production of MB Real Estate marketing materials, including complex proposals, presentations, brochures/flyers, advertisements, and other collateral materialsInteract with internal service units to develop marketing, advertising, and public relations campaigns for clients as well as corporate interestsCreate and modify basic layout of logos, flyers, newsletters and floor plansIntroduce new technology and marketing trends to the company, such as Internet and email marketing strategiesProvide leadership and guidance within the marketing departmentClearly communicate opinions/ideas on marketing projectsEstablish and maintain graphic standardsWork quickly and accuratelyManage vendors

 

Qualifications:

The Graphic Designer must be a self-motivated professional with the ability to work in a dynamic, privately-owned real estate environment. The ideal candidate must posses the following qualifications:

 Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer4 year art degree preferred2+ years of proficient experience with Quark, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, HTML and Microsoft suiteExperience with Macromedia Dreamweaver, Flash and FireworksAble to multitask in a fast paced environmentWorks well on a teamExcellent oral and written communication skillsEnthusiastic and energetic self-starter who is capable of working within a deadlinePrevious experience working with 3rd parties that include, but are not limited to, marketing firms, full color and offset printing presses, and web designersPrior real estate marketing background preferred
