HRIS Administrator

Since 1972 SE and its affiliates have purchased or developed over 17.0 million SF of commercial property, 45,000 residential units, 8.5 million SF of retail property and three major sports complexes. SE has evolved over the last three decades into a diverse family of companies focused on the creation of wealth and preservation of capital.
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Information System Administrator to join and support our growing Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Maintain and support HRIS systems (ABRA/LAWSON)Write, maintain and support custom and ad hoc reports utilizing crystal reportingDevelop, update and modify codes, tables and other system applicationsReview, test and facilitate the implementation of HRIS upgrades and patchesTroubleshoot HRIS software problems in partnership with ITProvide system training to new and existing users
Qualified candidates will possess:Bachelor's Degree in computer science, related field or equivalent work experience2+ years experience with HRIS systems; ABRA experience strongly preferred.1+ years experience in Human Resources DepartmentStrong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processesAdvanced proficiency with MS Office applications, specifically excel/word/accessProficiency with Crystal Reporting concepts and toolsMust be detail oriented and well organizedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh standard of integrity and reliability
