Job Title: HVAC Technician 

Job Summary: EMCOR Facilities Services has an immediate opening for a certified HVAC Technician in Rockville, MD. The Technician will ensure quality workmanship and high work standards at all times to maintain 100% operational capabilities to numerous computer labs in multiple buildings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include but not limited to, the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on various types of Liebert, Trane and Carrier split system air handling units with glycol or air condensers along with other general tasks as necessary.
