Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Full-Time Human Resources Administrative Assistant


Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, the position of Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the HR staff and administrative functions within the department.  The ideal candidate must able to prioritize duties, tasks and projects as assigned in our ever changing environment.  In addition to superior administrative skills, this position calls for an individual who is able to maintain confidentiality while demonstrating exemplary customer service.

 

Routine duties include (but are not limited to):

 

Greeting & directing incoming office traffic

Answering phones

Dept & Regional projects

Filing

Processing invoices & Expense Reports

Distributing mail daily

Distributing Service Awards

Ordering office supplies

Setting up Meetings/Conference calls/Training & Presentations

Travel arrangements as needed

Creating New Hire Packages 

 

Qualified candidate will have experience in interfacing with department heads at all levels of our organization.  Show the ability to be dependable and flexible while able to multi-task.  3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a Human Resources environment.  Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint primarily)
