Candidates will work in a team environment to ensure the stable operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas; network infrastructure, data communications, and telecommunications systems. Candidates will also Monitor, diagnose and resolve network and hardware problems in a timely and accurate fashion.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required, BA/BS degree in Computer Science preferred. Candidates must have three plus years of experience in supporting/troubleshooting hardware/network and infrastructure equipment, systems and software.
