Lifestyle Communities seeks to hire a full-time Internet Sales Assistant

 

The Internet Sales Assistant will work directly with new and existing prospects via phone, web leads and live web chats about our company and the process of purchasing a condominium. The Internet Sales Assistant will be tasked with coordinating and scheduling appointments for prospects with our Sales Representatives.

The Internet Sales Assistant will also:
Enter prospects into CRMManage follow up plans for long-term prospectsManage the content on our website to generate more leadsManage e-mail marketing campaigns, content on Real Estate websites, and MLS listingsAttend experiential marketing eventsRun daily and weekly sales reportsPerform other tasks as directed and assigned

 

Qualified candidates for this position will have proven customer service, communication and multi-tasking skills and will be professional and courteous with a focus on the overall customer experience. Candidates must have superior knowledge of computer systems including, but not limited to, the ability to learn and update our CRM, social and professional networking sites, and accessing and using the internet.
