Investment Relations Executive | Capital Management

 

Noble Capital, one of Central Texas’s top Commercial Real Estate Investment Banking & Development firms is seeking an Institutional & Investment Executive (IIE) to spearhead the company’s investment client prospecting efforts.  The company’s Capital Management division which manages the Real Estate Investment Banking operation has become the company’s central focus. The company’s long term objective is to become a highly regarded Investment Banking firm funding over 1 Billion worth of Real Estate Transaction and providing an opportunity to transition into a highly performing private REIT.  Enjoy working in a friendly and dynamic environment that offers competitive salaries, incentive plans and benefits.

 

This is a high level sales position where there is an modest base salary with an opportunity to earn more than 150k / year by the end of your 2nd year of cultivating the relationships you will be developing. It will require the ability to identify available capital through high net-worth private investors, fund managers/ brokers and direct financial institutions. After capital sources are identified by the IIE, a systematic sales approach will be used to provide an opportunity for the identified capital to earn above average returns working through the Noble Capital Investment alternatives.  The Institutional & Investment Executive (IIE) must possess a strong knowledge of investment real estate and have experience in the debt and equity side of real estate capital markets.  The IIE will be charged with the main objective of directing capital sources into several structured finance vehicles the Noble uses to raise and manage capital.  Experience in raising capital through one or more of the following methods is a requirement for this position; Private Placement Offerings, Private Equity Raises, Private Investor Fundraising, Institutional Capital Partner, and Real Estate equity, mezzanine and senior debt procurement.  The IIE will be expected to master the Company’s offerings and be actively procuring capital within the first 60 days on the job. 

 

The IIE will report directly to the Company’s Executive Director of Business Development and work very closely with the CEO and other Company Executives to accomplish the aggressive fund raising objectives for the Company.  The IIE will be responsible for making consistent and measurable progress in securing capital resources to meet the demands of the company.  Candidates must possess very strong presentation skills, relational skills, and the distinct ability to build trust and confidence in clients and partners.

 

As a IIE for Noble Capital, your top priority will be to initially to raise capital into the following facilities;

 

Noble Capital’s Private Lenders Network – A network of approx. 50 Private High Net Worth Individual Investors that fund “one off” loans and equity investments.  The PLN was formed one investor at a time by good old fashioned sales and relationship development.  The IIE will be responsible for doubling to tripling the current size the PLN.  The PLN feeds to the structured Funds below.

 

Noble Capital Fund I, LLC – A Private Placement Offering “Mortgage Pool Fund” that has been formed to strictly fund Hard Money loans through Noble Capital.  NC Fund I is a $100M raise with a 9% Target Yield to Investors.  Fund I offers Investors stable cash flow and diversification across the Funds entire mortgage loan portfolio.  NC Fund I is a Reg. D Securities Offering and is for accredited investors only.  The IIE will be responsible for bringing in direct private investors and working with B to B sources and Broker Dealers who have the capability of raising capital into the Fund. 

 

Noble Capital Fund II, LP – A Private Placement Offering “Private Real Estate Equity Fund” that has been formed to strictly fund equity into Noble Capital Real Estate.  NC Fund II is a $50M raise with a 14% Target Yield to Investors.  Fund II offers Investors strong returns and a diversification across the Funds entire real estate portfolio.  NC Fund II is a Reg. D Securities Offering and is for accredited investors only.

 

Noble Capital Fund III, LP – A Private Placement Offering that has been formed to raise investment capital for the purpose of leveraging the capital using large institutional partners to create debt facilities to fund loans known as warehouse line facilities.  Initially, this Fund will have a target raise of $10M with a 14% Target Yield to Investors.  NC Fund I is Reg. D Securities Offering and is for accredited investors only.

 

 

 

The company uses a goal setting platform to insure high level accountability and execution from the team members.  The IIE will have clear goals laid out for them on a quarterly basis.  The company rewards execution of goals through bonuses in compensation.  A composition of main job descriptions for this position is listed below.

 

Business Development:

 

-  Lead Generation: Establish lead generation mediums for each facility and create a written marketing & advertising schedule and plan to accomplish the Company’s fundraising objectives and goals 

-  Lead Management: Using the Company’s standard CRM (Currently ACT) methodically manage the fundraising leads utilizing a comprehensive pipeline and lead management system. 

-  Business Development/ Networking: Create key relationships and fundraising opportunities by networking and conducting routine business development initiatives.  

 

 

Reporting:

 

-  New Capital Pipeline Reports: Report fundraising pipeline and progress to Company’s Leaders on a regular and planned basis. 

-  Internal Reporting/ Interface with Capital Management: Maintain high level of communication and cooperation with the Company’s Capital Management Division to insure the hand off of new investors to the Investor Relations Team is smooth, professional and managed with first class service. 

 

 

Investor Relations

 

-  Relationship Management:  Instill a high level of trust and confidence in the company’s private and institutional investors by managing Investor Relationships by holding a high level accountability to providing first class service where expectations are exceeded and communication is a priority. 

-  New Investor Orientation: Direct the New Investor Orientation process including interfacing with the Investors via phone, face to face or webinar to orient them to our program and then manage the admittance of the investor to one of the company’s investor participation platforms such as; the “Private Lenders Network”, the Mortgage Pool Fund, Limited Partnerships, and/ or the Private Equity Fund.

 

 

Qualifications: 

 

-  7+ years of combined experience in Fund Raising, Investment Sales, Real Estate Banking, Financing, Mortgage Lending, and Development. 

-  Prefer BA Degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate. 

-  Prefer experience in Mortgage Lending/ Banking experience. 

-  Requires proven ability in systematic selling and persuasion.  

-  Required Investor Relations Skills and Proven track-record of managing key relationships where Instilling Trust and Confidence into important relationships is vital to the company’s success.
