Investor Relations Specialist

Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust, Inc. is seeking s full-time Investor Records Coordinator for the Oak Brook, IL location and The position of Investor Relations Specialist will focus on maintaining stockholder records for Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust, Inc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Answering incoming calls, following up on stockholder requestsWork with the transfer agent to resolve stockholder account discrepancies, distribution changes, transfer and address changes, process broker/dealer account changesWork with custodians/stockholders/financial representative to clear up rejected paperwork from the transfer agentPerform maintenance checks to ensure accurate processing of stockholder records

REQUIREMENTS:Entry levelMust have excellent customer service and communication skillsMust be able to multi-task; work independently and be detail-mindedSome college preferred but not required
