At Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc., you will have a chance to start not just a job, but a career.  We believe that success is a shared experience.  While building on Saxon's accomplishments, we look for ways to give employees meaningful and rewarding challenges.  As we continue to grow, we are looking for energetic individuals to join our team at our fast-paced Fort Worth, Texas location in our Special Servicing group.   The Investor Reporting Specialist will set up new securities and mortgage portfolios to ensure accurate accounting and remittances due to investors. • Manage the process of setting up new securities and portfolios to ensure accurate reporting and remittances due to investors for mortgages. • Oversee third party reporting and remitting to Trustees and Master Servicers. • Work with new acquisitions and securitizations • Read and respond to new agreements being reviewed for new deals • Ensure all financial reporting is accurate and timely. • Set up processes and procedures on new contracts. • Initiate transfer process of loans in Investor Warehouse to Securitization Investor, balancing out Sold Balance to Actual. • Reconcile all Loan to Security Balance discrepancies. • Reconcile Expected Principal and Interest Difference and clear outages on a monthly basis. • Communicate with investors and internal departments on setting up new contracts. • Provide Scheduled Balances for all new securities. EDUCATION: • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent education and/or experience. WORK EXPERIENCE: • One year experience in accounting, finance or mortgage servicing Computer Software Skills: X__Outlook _X__Word__X_Excel_X__Powerpoint__X_Access Other Computer Skills: • Ability to work in a windows environment. Reasoning Skills: • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
