LEASE ANALYST

We are currently seeking a Lease Analyst to join our office located in Pittsburgh, PA. LEASE ANALYST - Pittsburgh, PAResponsibilities: Abstract and interpret commercial lease documents (leases, amendments, subleases) Rent analysis and rent payment processing Client/vendor/landlord relationship management Resolution of rent and other landlord/tenant issues Review annual landlord reconciliation statements and real estate tax calculations to ensure accuracy and lease compliance Data entry and data management of lease documents Track and maintain critical dates Financial analysis Subtenant account management, and billing/collections of third party tenant rents Special projects as assigned by managerRequirements: Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of work experience - or a 2 year degree with a minimum of 4 years of work experience (of which 2 years are directly related work experience) Accounting experience Commercial real estate experience in lease administration, real estate accounting or property management with exposure to commercial leases Willingness for some travel Strong financial/analytical skills Ability to interpret complex commercial lease language Independent worker and team player Strong organizational skills, eye for detail, ability to process work quickly, accurately and with changing priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer proficiency using MS Office productsStart a lasting career with Jones Lang LaSalle today!
