LEASING CONSULTANT - RESIDENTIAL

 

We are a national real estate developer, builder, owner, & property management organization presently seeking THE BEST Leasing Consultants for our NEWEST multi-family property located in Shallotte, Cardinal Pointe Apartment Homes.

 

This full-time position will be responsible for ensuring a professional sales & leasing atmosphere; developing & maintaining all elements of the community marketing and outreach plan; maintaining occupancy levels; and complying with all reporting requirements.

 Ideal candidates will have at least 2-3 years of prior sales and/or customer service experience, with a strong emphasis in relationship selling and defined closing skills.  Must be confident, out-going, self-motivated, and possess the desire to be the best leasing professional around.  Must enjoy helping and assisting people. Have an excellent work ethic and be trustworthy. Real estate, Property Management, or LIHTC knowledge is helpful but not required.
