Summary:
 

Cornerstone Lending is currently looking for dynamic sales driven individuals who want to work in an environment that is conducive to learning how to build a strong pipeline of clients while working in an atmosphere that offers all the modern amenities that today’s loan officer needs in order to stay competitive. We have our own proprietary software (LO123) streamlining the process. As a Mortgage Banker we underwrite, approve, and fund our loans.  Don’t work for a broker and be at the mercy of other lenders. Work for a Direct Lender and take control of your pipeline.

What to expect:



Upon joining Cornerstone Lending, qualified candidates will not only receive extensive orientation but also participate in formal classroom-training geared towards familiarizing and equipping new Loan Officers with thorough, working knowledge of Cornerstone's proven business-strategies, policies and procedures and lending processes. This training primarily focuses on (but is not limited to) lead-distribution methodologies, sales-lending strategies, compliance issues, underwriting and loan-processing systems.

65k – 210K (New Loan Officers)

210K+++ (Experienced Loan Officers)
