This position will assist with maintaining the company's 2,800+ lease inventory.· Process all Non-Disturbance Agreements, Estoppel Agreements, Pylon Sign/Monument Sign documents and Commencement Agreement· Collect and track recoupment of security deposits· Collect and track recoupment of construction allowance· Issue gross sales reports to landlords· Prepare lease summary for all newly executed leases and update existing lease summaries· Monitor the closing of existing locations and the lease expiration of closed locations (includes notifying landlords of the closing and notifying Accounts Payable to stop paying rent)· Field phone calls from landlords, property managers, deal makers, field personnel, etc. regarding lease-compliance issued· Request certificate of insurance for all new leases and due to changes in existing leases· Assist landlords with any rent and/or lease commencement issues· Liason with Accounts Payables with any rent changes/discrepancies Any other duties as assignment by managementQualificationsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: EQUIVALENT EDUCATION LEVEL REQUIRED – A.S. in Business preferredEXPERIENCE REQUIRED - 3 years related working experience preferred KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED – Excellent problem solving capabilities, judgment, analytical, numerical and reasoning ability. Excellent time management skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software (Access, Excel, Word) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS –Physical demands are those that must be met by employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
