Lease Administrator

Schafer Richardson, Inc. is a real estate developer providing in-house investment, management, leasing, and construction services to its commercial and residential real estate portfolio in the Twin Cities.  We have an exciting opportunity for a Lease Administrator for our mixed-use properties.

Responsibilities include:
* Create lease abstracts and process new lease or renewal lease information
* Track certificates of insurance for vendors and tenants
* Generate reports, track tenant sales, update tenant contact lists and rent rolls
* Central file management
* Create marketing brochures and update property information
* Dispatch maintenance
* Clerical support to property management
* Process daily mail and invoices to be coded
* Accounts payable

The ideal candidate will have the following:
* 1-3 years of commercial property management experience
* Effective communication, organization and time management skills
* Detail oriented and multi-tasking skills
