We are currently seeking talented, energetic, and dedicated professionals to join our management teams.
Current Opening: Leasing Agent
We are currently seeking Leasing Agents for full and part time positions in Central Ohio. The Leasing Agent is responsible for conducting the daily leasing activities of the property. You must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and site personnel. You must be detail oriented and able to focus with occasional interruptions. Position reports to a Property Manager.
Leasing Agent should display the following attributes, knowledge, and skills:
Achieves acceptable closing Ratios on Rentals and Renewals on a consistent basis Display Team Player Attitude Outgoing and friendly demeanor with a willingness to please people Employ Marketing Skills to analyze and implement effective Sale Campaigns Attract Prospective Residents through outreach marketing, touring, and consistent follow-up practices Focuses on Curb Appeal of the Community, Model, and Office Areas Displays thorough knowledge of application process to include Resident Screening, Approval Process, and Lease Execution Maintains Resident Retention Program Performs Administrative Duties as assigned by Property Manager Provides courteous, efficient handling of resident’s maintenance request and property inquiries Be Computer Literate, preferred experience with Rentroll, Yardi or similar software applications Operate according to Ethical Business Management Use Strong Communication Skills both in oral and written form Operate under Fair Housing Laws and Regulations Assist Assistant Property Manager in assigned tasks by Property Manager Attends and helps implement Resident Activities and Events Willingness to work weekends when required
Opened positions may require additional knowledge in specialized areas to include LIHTC Section 42 Housing, Section 8 Program Regulations, Home Owners Association Bylaws, and other areas as determined by the property demographics.
Education and Experience: High School Diploma or 1 year of experience in Multifamily or Real Estate Experience
