As we once again prepare for new opportunities, we seek skilled Leasing Agents in the Central/Western New York  market areas.

 

Candidates must be vibrant, motivated and self-starters with excellent communication/presentation skills, proven sales skills, strong organizational and customer service skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.  Leasing Agents are responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals. This includes generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, showing apartments, leasing and ensuring a high level of service.  Strong phone skills a must! Experience with leasing/sales required.  Computer skills using Excel, MS Word/Office, basic spreadsheets, and database management required.  Min. 3 yrs of leasing experience preferred.
