Commissions Earned by Loan Originator.

From total broker proceeds received commission will be paid as follows:

*Mortgage Loans:

100% to Independent 1099 Contractor less $495 Flat File Fee or 25%, whichever is greater

*W2 States: 90% Commission less $495 Flat File Fee or 25%, whichever is greater

Processing Fee:

Mandatory in house processing fee:

$695.00 for Conventional Mortgage

$795.00 for FHA/VA Mortgage
