Commercial Loan Officer Skills Required: Commercial Loan Officer, Job Description: Director of Financial Planning, Commercial Loan officer, Title IV -We have openings in the following locations: Greenville, SC or Chattanooga TN.If you have 3+ years experience as a Loan Officer in a Commercial lending environment or extensive experience as a Financial Aid representative with campus level Title IV state and federal regulations please read on!What you will be doing:- Work with overall operations of financial planning and be able to assist in the development, writing, and implementation of standard operating procedures with regard to student financing and student accounts receivable company wide. - Responsible for managing the refund and credit balance process, interpreting refund policies and answering questions for the campuses. - Produce and review weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting in the area of student financial services. - Assist in writing company policy and procedures as well as maintain and audit those policies company wide. What you need: - Only local candidates apply. - Loan Officer in a Commercial Lending environment supervising a team. - Knowledge of federal and state regulations with regard to Title IV. - 3+ years campus level Title IV operations - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Thorough knowledge of business software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint. - Knowledge of Campus Management software or Crystal Reports is a plus. - GED or High School Diploma with three years of financial aid experience, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred - Work hours are normally 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; however, some weeks may exceed 40 hours and some Saturdays are required.
