Maintenance Technician - Commercial Real Estate

Since 1977, my client has been building facilities for its clients to lease or own throughout the United States.  My client's years of solid experience, coupled with completed projects worth billions, make it one of the nations leading National Development and Construction firms.  They deliver all types of facilities including Healthcare, Industrial, Office, and Retail from offices in Indianapolis, Charlotte, Denver, Orlando, Phoenix and Dallas.

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for their headquarters in Indianapolis, IN.The successful candidate will provide mechanical and technical building support to the tenants in commercial buildings being directly managed by my client. Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, plumbing, electrical and mechanical repairs, daily opening procedures, maintaining maintenance logs and work orders.

Qualified candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:10 + Years Multi-Story Commercial Building/Real Estate Maintenance HVAC Certification and/or Equivalent Experience (Roof-Top Unit) EPA Certification VOLT/AMP Meter and Temp Analyzer Experience Knowledge of Microns Refrigeration Unit and Compressor Replacement Heavy Plumbing Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills CFC, First-Aid/CPR and Infectious Waste Certification Ability to Lift and Carry up to 50lbs High School Diploma 

The selected candidate will be provided with a generous compensation package that includes an hourly wage with an annual performance bonus.
