Urbane Apartments is a cutting edge developer and operator of hip and cool apartments in the Royal Oak area with 10 communities and 260 units. We are leaps and bounds and are looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our award-winning team. Ideal candidates will have 5 - 7+ years previous Maintenance experience in the multi-family industry, experience in all facets of maintenance and repair (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, plumbing, boilers and general repair), possess strong customer service and organizational skills. Must be HVAC or EPA certified. Must be multi-task oriented and able to be on call as needed. Must be proficient in MS Outlook. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package. EOE.
