Manager, Residential REO

The candidate will work with senior management and the REO department staff to coordinate, plan, and facilitate all requirements associated with achieving Residential REO goals. Work with all necessary parties to streamline requirements and assure all areas are providing our clients with top rated servicing and customer service.

 

Responsibilities include:

 Provide project management in identifying, leading and implementing improvement projects Responsible for documenting project results and presenting the same to management to demonstrate impact of projects on key drivers Many tasks in this job may entail selling or persuading others, and/or may entail training/educating others in some capacity This job will involve controlling all aspects of the REO sales function related to a defined group of assets

 

Key Result Areas:

 

·   Reduced aged REO portfolio by 10% (>270 days)

·   Reduce volume of assets in eviction to 11.7%

·   Reduce the average number of days to sell an REO by 5%

·   Reduce % of title issues related to REO by 10%

·   Reduce REO roll and fallout rates based on goals defined by management

 

Qualifications:

 

The candidate should have working knowledge and experience with residential REO disposition. Candidate should possess solid leadership and acute organizational skills. The ideal candidate should have the ability to analyze data from diverse sources and to be able to make cogent recommendations as well as have the ability to analyze, negotiate and to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft based computer products and comfortable learning proprietary computer systems and teaching them to others. Must be results oriented with a strong sense of urgency and a high level of detail
