Market Development Manager

 

Searching for the Vice President of Market Development for a national real estate transactions company.

IREA is looking for an individual with an analytical mind-set for researching and developing potential market places for company expansion as well as aiding in the growth of existing markets.

Job Duties would include: Continual education of economic factors as well as Real Estate conditions in markets across the country including tracking economic growth, analyzing current production numbers to ensure health of current markets, frequent travel to existing and prospective markets around the United States, formulating action plans based upon current and forecasted market conditions, aiding in the creation and development of new branch offices, works with executive board to ensure office and field staff is knowledgeable and effective. Reports to the President and Chief Executive Officer.

Compensation: Commission based upon 3% of all Net Proceeds earned by the company. (Estimated 2008 income: $80K+)

 

Health Benefits would be available following 120 days of employment.

 

Expense Package provided by the company.

College Degree preferred, but not required.
Economic and/or Real Estate knowledge is advantageous.
Must have ability to travel. (20% expected)
