This position will provide support services to the entire office in the marketing, strategic writing, p/r, and desktop publishing areas. Person will provide design, writing, and production for marketing materials such as: brochures, presentations, proposals, flyers, and offering memoranda’s. Also, will consult with C&W professionals to define project requirements, objectives, scope, and develop strategic marketing plan. Responsible for all strategic writing, press releases, print media design and layout, including re-drawing logos, scanning, and photo editing. In addition, person will be responsible for all outside printing and production vendor relationships including bidding process, creation of budget, selection and final production. The ideal candidate will have minimum four or more years experience in a professional marketing role with writing & desktop publishing experience. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Quark Xpress, InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, and the Internet. Also, candidate must have excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and be a self-starter.
