Marketing and Research Assistant

Fast paced national commercial real estate firm is seeking a pro active, energetic Marketing and Research person to work in our Long Island headquarters. Candidates must be able to diversify and multitask. Will train. Duties include, but are not limited to creating marketing flyers, competition maps, market & site reports, demographic profiles and maintaining our corporate website.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and the ability to take direction well, mulitask and be a team player. Finally, the candidate must have excellent computer skills including the Internet and must have excellent written and verbal skills.

Candidate must have knowledge of the following computer programs:

All Microsoft Office applications

Adobe Photoshop

Dreamweaver
