National Sales Manager-Real Estate Industry

Chicago-based non-traded REIT looking for licensed salesperson to raise funds in the Retail sector and manage Independent Broker-Dealers.  Our established company is ideal for the entrepreneur who likes to think creatively and work independently, and can effectively manage the performance of our staff of wholesalers. 

 

Job responsibilities will include: Securing new selling agreements with Independent Broker Dealers Develop and manage relationships with wholesalers and achieve fund sales goals. Manage the due diligence for the fund. Assist in designing funds for future fundraising. Manage additional regional sales staff.

 

The requirements for this position include:

Five or more years prior financial wholesale experience in alternative products servicing the Independent Broker Dealers or managing sales of a major REIT, Oil and Gas or Equipment leasing company. NASD Series 7 Ability to understand real estate investments and to create and deliver an effective method for presenting the specifics of the investment. Ability to develop and manage staff effectively. Demonstrated track record of success, and the ability to increase sales. Excellent written and oral communication skills, relationship-building skills, and leadership skills. Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
