Scenic Homes is seeking goal-driven New Home Sales Agents who want the opportunity to work for a leading Regional Builder in Forsyth, Hall, Gwinnett, Coweta and South Fulton. If you are a real estate professional with a proven on-site sales record, and a drive to excel, we have the opportunity for you. Ideal candidate is proficient in the new home selling process, including self marketing, the sales cycle, and the ability to close and satisfy homebuyers.

Roles and Responsibilities:- Present and sell the features of Scenic Homes' communities and homes by meeting and escorting prospective homeowners and realtors through the model homes, inventory homes and community while explaining the benefits of owning a Scenic Home- Maintain the models, inventory homes and sales centers, as well as related files, signage and collateral materials- Continually prospect for new customers through follow-up, networking and referrals- Prepare contracts and close transactions with homebuyers

Qualifications:- GA Real Estate License required- Valid Driver's License - Previous experience selling new homes- Must have flexible schedule- Commitment to exceptional customer service- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Project a professional appearance- Passion for excellence and continual growthClick here to learn more about Scenic Homes!
