OCCUPANCY PLANNING MANAGER

We are currently seeking an Occupancy Planning Manager to join our office located in Cleveland, OH. OCCUPANCY PLANNING MANAGER - Cleveland, OH Responsibilities: From a global/national perspective, manages corporate-wide planning standards, company image control, and special, ad-hoc planning analyses Serve as manager to the entire team of occupancy planners, planning assistants and CAD administrators Provide a single point of contact for all occupancy planning account issues, as well as a platform to escalate geography-specific planning issues Supervise the development and coordinate the delivery of each region's quarterly report Participate in planning meetings hosted by the client's Planning Director/point of contact Understand Client Portfolio and Drive High Level Strategies across the Portfolio Review Metrics and compare across Accounts Manage Staffing Levels to ensure appropriate staffing at all sites Ensure national consistency in delivery of services, by providing training and review of all deliverables Provide the Jones Lang LaSalle client relationship manager (CRM) with Strategic Occupancy Planning account-related information (e.g. progress and status reports, vendor contracts and invoices(as necessary) and employee updates Assist in creating the Mobility Program and ensuring that the team is trained in all aspects of mobility including Dark Space Studies, Work style Surveys, iPlan Tool, Programming Matrix and Space Recommendations Manage support vendors (architects, engineers, furniture, etc.) that may be required from time-to-time in order to deliver the services outlined Manage all planning staff, and conducts performance evaluations of occupancy planners, planning assistants and CAD administratorsRequirements: MBA preferred Minimum of four to six years Finance-related activity in a Corporate Real Estate environment Background in Real Estate Project Management, Construction Management Architecture or Engineering desirableStart a lasting career with Jones Lang LaSalle today!
