Office Assistant - Residential Property Management (Part Time)

Hometown America, a leading residential real estate company, is searching for an Part Time Office Assistant for a manufactured home community located in Riverside, CA.  The jobholder will be required to work approximately 16 hours per week.  Monday required and the 2nd workday is flexible. 



The Office Assistant will assist the community manager in administrative support to meet goals relating to customer service, financial management and sales support. This role requires basic Word, Excel, Outlook and strong administrative skills to include basic accounting and file management.  The right candidate also requires excellent customer service skills.  The ideal candidate will have the aforementioned skills, have a professional demeanor, a positive attitude, ability to adapt to changing environment, be a multi tasker, detail oriented, demonstrate initiative and ability to make good decisions and enjoy working with residents. Must have a cooperative attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
