Office Manager

Growing investment firm located in Metro West is seeking an experienced Office Manager. This position is responsible for general administrative duties for the COO as well as keeping daily office operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, managing the reception desk schedule, working with outside vendors and making travel arrangements. This position requires a "can do attitude" and a high level of flexibility. Candidates with a minimum of two to three years administrative experience will also be considered. BA/BS preferred along with excellent written and communication skills. Salary $50,000 to $70,000 plus depending on experience along with an excellent benefits package.
