Office Supervisor

 

Career opportunity in Torrance, CA for an Office Supervisor. Qualified candidates will be responsible for the leadership and execution of all administrative and supervisory activities for the office.  The key job responsibilities include the following:

 

·  Office Administration duties and Supervising staff

·  Perform specific accounting and financial reporting functions and coordination with corporate staff on a routine basis

·  Management and tracking of transactions

·  Assisting Brokers

·  Assistance with group research & marketing initiatives

·  Expense report/AP preparation and processing

·  Responsibility for planning and coordination of group events

 

Overall, qualified candidates will be required to assume the day-to-day responsibility for the office administration. Qualified candidates must be highly motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic, and prepared to perform in a high pressure environment. Excellent organizational, writing, communication, and critical thinking skills are required.  Computer literacy, with high proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are absolutely essential.
