On-Site Property Manager - Condo

Northwest suburban property management company specializing in the management of condominium, townhome and homeowners associations seeking experienced On-Site Property Manager to manage a condominium property located in the north west suburbs consisting of multiple buildings and amenities.  On-site manager operates from office on-site at the property during normal business hours.  Position involves managing all of the day-to-day operations of the property, attending meetings with the condo association Board of Directors, acting on the directives of the Board, providing customer service to the residents of the community, meeting with vendors, performing property inspections, supervising on-site maintenance personnel, and overall management of the property.  Necessary skills include computer skills, (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Lotus 1-2-3), basic math skills, customer service oriented attitude, and people skills.  Experienced applicants shall submit their resume, INCLUDING SALARY REQUIREMENTS.  EOE
